KRASTA 9.7.9 available

Dear subscribers and KRASTA customers,

Version 9.7.9 is available for all customers with an active support and maintenance contract at our customer's area at http://www.krasta.de (blue "login" box at top right).

KRASTA 9.7.9 includes compared to KRASTA 9.7.7 among others the following changes:

FS#1529
Error: KRASTA does not always fully evaluate situation-dependent load cases in evaluation patterns
if both 'situation filter lists' as well as 'load event filter lists' are to be evaluated.
Revision effective with 9.7.9: KRASTA is working as intended.

FS#1544
Modification in KRASTA 9.7.9: The theory of solver PAS does not consider torsional buckling.
Due to a reduction of torsional stiffness by normal force, conical beams may show an instability in the
torsional degree of freedom during a calculation according to theory second order (error 455).
For non-conical beams this instability is suppressed.
PAS IV of KRASTA 9.7.9 now also prevents an instability in the torsional degree of freedom of conical beams.

FS#1485
Error: 'Nonfatal Error' prevents execution of calculation suites.
In some systems, execution of calculation suites is prevented by 'Nonfatal Error: vmrepi_(un)sorted: not found'.
Revision effective with 9.7.8: KRASTA is working as intended.
